Printings
As of 5/2000, this book will apparently be in its 5th
printing. I haven't kept track much, but I have at
least seen copies with these dates on them so far (on
the lower right hand side of one of the initial pages):
- 4/99 - first printing, initial release
- 6/99 - second printing
- 8/99 - third printing
- 1/00 - fourth printing, with corrections
- 5/00 - fifth printing, with corrections
Translations
German and French language translations of this book
were published in February 2000, and are now available.
A Japanese translation is known to be underway, as of 5/00.
