From an early set of classes for TCSI in 
_<A HREF="https://wikipedia.org/wiki/Alameda,_California">Alameda_</A>, 
in the Oakland area.  TCSI was a telecom company, which also hosted the 
Newmarket class in the UK up ahead this year.
