This is a copy of the Python 3.X zipfile.py module known to work with 
ziptools, for both reference and future-proofing.  This comes from 
Python 3.9.  Copy it up to ziptools' install folder (../..) if this
module ever changes in ways that break ziptools' extensions of it.
ziptools doesn't need or use this today, and hopefully never will.

Note: the copy here, being from Python 3.X, will work only when running
ziptools with Python 3.X, not 2.X.  It's also not needed for 2.X, because
that line is no longer changed.  Python 2.X users can take solace in the 
fact that 2.X's "end of life" also means it won't break like 3.X.
