USAGE CAUTION

Frigcal changes the content of your calendar files by design.  Before
using it on valued content, you are strongly encouraged to read its 
usage guides and vet it on your devices with temporary data.  This 
program backs up calendar files before changing them and supports 
manual change rollbacks, but these rely on user interaction.  Moreover,
no device or program should be assumed to be foolproof.

While this program has been used widely, by using it you both benefit 
from the powerful tools it provides and accept responsibility for 
running them.  Please use this, like any other software that modifies 
your content, with care.


TERMS OF USE

Formally, Frigcal is provided freely but as is, and with no warranties
of any kind.  Its maker does not accept or incur any liability for any
damages caused by running this program.  By downloading or installing 
Frigcal, you are granted a license to use it, but not to sell, modify, 
or distribute it.  By using Frigcal, you are agreeing to these terms 
of use.  If you do not agree to these terms of use, please discontinue 
using this program.


PRIVACY POLICY

Frigcal does not collect data of any kind, and is private by design.
It never does anything with your calendar-file content, except to 
open and modify it locally, according to your explicit instructions.
Your content is never silently changed, broadcast across the Internet, 
stored on remote cloud servers, or harvested in any way for information.
In short, this program respects the fact that your digital content is 
your personal property, and challenges other software to do the same.
