Demo cross-page state options in JavaScript.  These include the
window.name hack and HTML5 session state shown here, plus JavaScript
cookies not shown here.  Such state is required for slideshows in 
serverless pages, as illustrated in ../demo-timerloop-basics, and
implemented in thumbspage 2.0's Auto.
