Files associated with the PyLotto script, which I 
run in some classes to give away a free Python book.

Included here to ensure that the script is available, 
even if there is no Internet access at a class site;
in the worst case, it can be run locally on a local
text file of student names.

Please note: I don't give away a book in every class!
This basically depends on how many freebies O'Reilly
has given to me, and how willing I am to lug around a
big giant book in my checked baggage.
