Overview

I'm the author of a short, quick-reference book, which covers the Python programming language and its most commonly used libraries and tools. It's called the Python Pocket Reference, is 75 pages long, and was first published by O'Reilly, in October 1998. As of 3/99, this book was in its 2nd printing. German, Japanese, and French language translations of this book have also been published.

The Python Pocket Reference covers Python 1.5.1, and is aimed at advanced programmers, and readers who are already familiar with Python. This book contains no program examples, just handy reference material in an easy-to-use format.
